I took my exams here and arrived early, before the scheduled time. I didn't have to wait, and the process was very simple. The center is very clean. The lady was professional and welcoming. The room was at the right temperature.
Tried taking a look at the place before booking and I could immediately tell that the poor reviews were on point... I couldn't even ask all my questions before feeling brushed off and rushed. This is not a safe space if you are an anxious individual, so if you are seeking such accomodations for example, then this is may not be the place for you.
