Love thy Neighbor
I took my exams here and arrived early, before the scheduled time. I didn't have to wait, and the process was very simple. The center is very clean. The lady was professional and welcoming. The room was at the right temperature.
Tried taking a look at the place before booking and I could immediately tell that the poor reviews were on point... I couldn't even ask all my questions before feeling brushed off and rushed. This is not a safe space if you are an anxious individual, so if you are seeking such accomodations for example, then this is may not be the place for you. The woman at the front, Abby, had a very unpleasant attitude. It didn’t seem like she understood that many people come there to take important exams, and her condescending energy created an unnecessarily tense environment. She opened the business 30 minutes late and was consistently rude and microaggressive.
