Taking these exams is extremely stressful and the test administrator made it even more stressful. I took my exam 2/22, my exam was scheduled for 10:30am, I arrived to this location at 10:15am and it was pass 10:30am and I was still waiting to go into room to take my exam. I understand the administrator is doing her job but besides having people leave their belongings, check your glassses (you have to take them off for her to see tham and touchthem), she has you check all pockets, roll up your sleeves and take off your coat, ... read more

Completly unproffesional place. Arrived early to my test, just because i had an expired dmv license, i was not allowed to test. I worked 3 months and studied hard, to be met by this place. I was turned down, while another student was given the option to fix his documents. I understand rules are rules. But no need to be unproffesional, i asked what was going to happen to my $255 dollar voucher. The staff is beyond unprofessional and rude. Abby, who is the person to check you in is unorganized. I do not recommend this testing site. They also don’t give you your own locker. I for one was able to keep my things in my car. However, I did witness Abby harass someone on if the belongings were theirs, which this would not be necessary if everyone was given their own locker.
