I had a shattered IPhone 13 and they told me they would fix everything for $300. $380 later, I have a phone with NO FACE ID, NO GPS, A MESSED UP BATTERY, A VOLUME BUTTON THAT DOESN’T WORK, AND TEMPERATURE WARNINGS. I had a cracked screen on my Google Pixel 7 Pro, that prevented the touch sensor from working. Asurion was charging $250 to replace and install the screen. The cheaper option was buying the screen offline through my insurance and finding someone to install it. The problem is, everyone was charging $150+ to install the screen I paid for.
