Take your phone elsewhere. I took my phone in for a screen replacement. I was quoted one price but charged more at pickup, with no price written on the order. The phone had no charging issues when I dropped it off. Charging only failed after the screen was replaced. I was then charged again to replace a charging port that worked perfectly before they touched the phone. From the day I got it back, the replacement screen has never worked properly. My iPhone 8 screen went blank, on investigation the screen was faulty. Took it to Case planet in Traralgon Plaza . I had my phone back within the hour back to its operating self again for a very reasonable cost I believe. So it’s a Yes from me
