Working here was so sketchy. I worked from home which was the only cool part. My trainers, Danielle and Jennifer were total snots. The actual job itself consisted of a robo dialer cold calling people and having me ask for personal information like social security # addresses, previous jobs so that we could “assist in getting people social security benefits”. And we would call people multiple times a day. It was so cringey. When hired, I was started at 19 an hour and was told not to discuss my salary with anyone…again sketchy... read more
Horrible company to work for, pay is just at minimum wage and they make you jumps hoops for the money. As far as the legal services I cam across some veterans that had been going to see them for 5 years + with NO RESULTS that's why they have such a big call center because the money has to come in some how. If i could give this place 0 stars I would. Stay away from this establishment.

i wish i can give them no stars.worst company ever I DO NOT RECOMMEND noone applying here they will fired you on the first day of training and saying you was not a right fit.trainer danielle and Jennifer so unprofessional and judgemental.The trainers are so shady,impatience, and have favortisim to other agents they will go tell the manager lies to make him think you are not doing the right thing. the trainer doesnt even take their time teaching the information and systems.advise h.r or recruiting team DO NOT WASTE NOONE TIME... read more
