This place is a complete disaster I have been 9h now they took my trailer for loading more than 4h ago still not back yet. Avoid the place at all cost.
Fool me once shame on you... Once was enough. Won't be back.
Been waiting for 12 hours. Appointment time came and went. Trailer still sitting where I parked it. Check-in personnel are no help. They have no idea when you will be loaded. They just check you in and check you out. As people have stated many times, this is the problem with trucking. Nobody cares if you are sitting still, not making any money. I will NEVER come back here again.
