When I called to ask about my CC balance, the lady I spoke to was rude and ignorant. When I told her I only have one credit card with the bank she for some reason could not find it. When I gave her my CC number she told me it was a debit card. No it’s not! If you’re going to be rude, at least know wth you’re talking about.
I'll never bank anywhere else! Highly recommend.
This place is a complete dumpster fire. I have been a member since the late 80's. And it was never this bad. They open the doors and have one person working. The average wait time is over a half hour.
