I have been a member for YEARS! All of the sudden after years of being able to do mobile deposits, I had to re-sign up to do it and my 1st three are "reviewed"? What? Then they rejected a check that I HAVE deposited this way before (third party signed over to me) and stated they don't do this. Again What? I have done this before many times! I told the lady I was going to look at another credit union and she cared less and only asked is there anything else?
They’ve always been good to me . I don’t see why they have such a low rating ??
