Drive through atms do not dispense cash, had to go inside, waste of time. Plus the parking lot is a maze. Go somewhere else
DO NOT BANK HERE. My family has had fraud happen through here TWICE. Case has done NOTHING, didn't get us any money back and claimed they filed a police report and DID NOT! Customer service is so poor and pathetic I can't believe it. There's MUCH better places to bank through than this place.
Case Credit Union OF GREED, I have an auto loan through here and I wanted to make a $2500 payment on the principle BUT I can’t do it online, they flat out told me there is no option to pay on principle for an auto loan and the only way I can do it is calling it in. And how convenient that they have a $10 fee if you call in your payment. I HAVE NO CHOICE - why would I want to sit on hold for 20 minutes to make a payment when I could do it in 10 seconds online.
