I am in my mid-forties and my family has done banking with CASE for close to 50 years. Due to extremely poor customer service, I have taken all my funds out of CASE, including checking, savings, and did loan and credit card balance transfers to MSU. The most frustrating Visa experiences I've ever had including asinine fraud alerts that instantly deny your purchases from local businesses. The three years I banked with a Case were nothing short of terrible. They are rude and incompetent. I can’t even count how many times a teller was rude to me, gave me the incorrect amount of money, gave me someone else’s card and money, hung up on me, made false statements on my account and one time I was even told by a teller that “ she didn’t know how to change the address on my cards, so I should just continue to use the old one” Two weeks ago I left a message with the manager of the West Saginaw branch and never received... read more
