Service was decent
Brian met with myself and a family member. We were “shopping” for vehicle loans and couldn’t be happier with the level of information we received. Brian led us through the application process, talked about the additional services he could help with including title searches and car value research, and recommended changes to some existing accounts so we could get the best return on hard earned monies. If I could give this branch less than zero stars I would. Every time Im at this location there’s 8+ people in line with 3 people sitting in offices doing nothing and 1 teller actually working. Took over an hour to get a new debit card. No coin counter. ALWAYS GO TO WEST ROAD!!! West Road branch is so friendly, big, and fast. Every time.
