If I could give this branch less than zero stars I would. Every time Im at this location there’s 8+ people in line with 3 people sitting in offices doing nothing and 1 teller actually working. Took over an hour to get a new debit card. No coin counter. ALWAYS GO TO WEST ROAD!!! West Road branch is so friendly, big, and fast. Every time.
I had a great experience at Case credit union I went in and chosen to open an account and Chelsea the teller was so friendly and helpful she got st8 to business I didn't wait long at all and she answered every question I had and helped me set up my account for my phone app. So I'm so thankful for her today cuz she was so nice and happy n she deserves a raise but yes if u want to open an account id highly recommend Open one there.

Wonderful service this employee took the time to explain everything and we found out we had 275 in reward benefits that nobody else told us about and my son's 21st birthday! AWESOME! Thank you Brian, wonderful service.
