I had been with this company for over 20 years when it was still working with schools. My account was closed because of inactivity. Both my husband and I started having health issues, he became disabled. We were trying to pay our bills with no income, only God was our help. I went to reopen the account & to my amazement I was told I the account was closed and we had a fee, I said ok tried to pay & was told I needed an appointment. CASE has by far been the best credit union I have had my accounts with. My daughter and I met with Chelsea at the West Saginaw branch in Lansing and had a great experience! Chelsea was very thorough and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our goals were met. Thank you so much, Chelsea!!
