Overall I have had a very good experience with CBG. The techs are good at what they do. CBG has been very responsive to my requests and the GM is great to work with. My one criticism would be around the internet connectivity for the generators. I purchased two Kohler generators a 20kw and a 60kw neither included the ability to connect to the internet.
