Would recommend to anyone-we had a new motor pump and cleaned 4 units- tech did an awesome job giving us insights on how to make our LG systems more energy efficient will call for annual cleanings, they did not install our unit & it was hard to find someone to repair ours but they had no problem working with us

This place is incredible. I called Gowen and they dont service generators they dont install. So I quickly called Casco bay generators and they had a tech out within a week! He arrived on time and even offered to take his shoes off (a first for techs coming to the house). They found issues with the install and had everything up and running for a reasonable price! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
My standby generator was displaying a master caution light. I called Casco Bay Gen. at about 10AM and spoke with Steven. He arranged for a service tech to check out my problem on the same day. Adler showed up at my door at about noon(a very pleasant and polite young fellow). He went straight to work , diagnosed and corrected the problem and got us back in service by 12:30. What more could you possibly ask for than this?
