I tried acupuncture for the first time last fall with Tennyson Towl and had a fantastic experience. I had tried several other avenues of treatment for post-concussion syndrome with very little success. I have been a client of Tennyson Towl’s for the past 3 years. At Casco Bay Acupuncture and Massage, Tennyson provides an oasis of calm away from the outside world. Her acupuncture and massage techniques (both table and Thai) are among the best I’ve experienced. She takes the time to listen before each session and adjusts treatment to address any specific concerns, and I always leave feeling better and more relaxed than when I arrived! I could not recommend Casco Bay Acupuncture and Massage more highly!

I've since been incredibly happy visiting Tennyson, as I find her to be equally personable and knowledgeable. I've been experiencing a high level of anxiety and decided to check into acupuncture. I've got a lot more than I've bargained for. Not only has the acupuncture helped, but Tennyson is highly knowledgeable and will take the time to listen to you and will offer advice. My symptoms have improved and I owe a great deal of that to the acupuncture and more importantly to Tennyson. If your body is in need of healing, this is the place!
