I cannot more highly recommend James and Cascadia Mortgage. Cascadia has the best rates, period, but the value is in way more than financial savings. James is exceptionally attentive, caring, and informative. I admit I was skeptical when my buyer client wanted to switch to Cascadia in the middle of an active transaction. But the savings to my client was so significant, that I could not argue with their logic. James blew me away with his communication throughout and his flexibility that was required at the end of the transaction. He did everything he promised to do and more. I was so pleased with what James was able to accomplish for our buyer.
James has been fantastic to work with! My wife and I have now refinanced out home twice (one to a lower mortgage rate and another for cash out and a lower mortgage rate) and worked with James both times. He made the whole process easy to follow (provided us with options based on our needs and noted what documents were needed along the way). He was very accommodating to my schedule as well (taking calls past 5pm and on weekends). I would recommend James to all as a result of his dedicated service.
