I was just researching iSUP's late one Sunday night and typed in some questions into the chat bot- thinking I'd just get my thoughts down and I'd have a reply in my inbox sometime in the next few days.. Surprise! A real person with great customer service skills answered me right away. I was on the fence between Cascadia and another Canadian company but this response, from a real person, on a Sunday night. Amazing! Jaime with Cascadia Board Co. had exceptional customer service and a ton of knowledge on their products. I purchased inflatable paddle boards for a non-profit organization and he was so helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. I could really tell he genuinely cares. Thank you Jaime for an awesome experience, and I am excited to be on the water all summer with the new boards!
