My experience with these boards are the build quality is terrible, mine bubbled all over the top making it unusable. When you write the email for the warranty nobody replies. When I finally got a person (sales dept) to reply he said there was nothing he could do. wasted so much money on this board. I’ll update this review with photos of the defects here in a couple days

I wouldn't waste your time. Zero customer service. The only responsive person is the person who works the social media. Long story short. Bought the Carbon Paddle, screws were missing, top part broke, emailed several times and zero resolution or response. There are far better companies outthere that value their customers... RED Paddle, also Canadian, better customer service. Edited to include emails, after reading the response. Nothing was sent, there was no offer of a replacement part or anything at any cost. This is my 5th board purchased by Cascadia Board Co. Yes, I may be obsessed. Absolutely phenomenal service, shipping time, quality products and incredible performance. Would never consider another brand. Canadian made & built for our beautiful coast. Look no further!

Excellent product and great customer service. I had received a faulty skimboard and they responded really fast and sent me a replacement board ASAP. Thanks again guys, it's nice to know our canadian businesses stand behind their products! … post review: once again Cascadia co really gave an exceptional customer service. I was just researching iSUP's late one Sunday night and typed in some questions into the chat bot- thinking I'd just get my thoughts down and I'd have a reply in my inbox sometime in the next few days.. Surprise! A real person with great customer service skills answered me right away. I was on the fence between Cascadia and another Canadian company but this response, from a real person, on a Sunday night. Amazing!
