Exceptional customer service. I wasn't sure what magazines to get in my industry but when I called a few months ago they took the time to find the best matches for me. I've received my new magazines and couldn't be happier. I feel like I'm in the know of the industry. Can't wait for next month.
I couldn't be happier with my service at Cascade. I've been ordering ACH&R through them since my husband and I opened our own business 4 years ago. We are always busy as we are a small business, so staying up to date in the industry quickly is a must. We even ordered subscriptions through them for all of our technicians. Sending to 6 different addresses would seem stressful but they handled everything perfectly and it took less then ten minutes. Highly recommend Cascade for all of your trade publication needs.
I got my Funeral Service Insider from Cascade. No complaints like a lot of people seem to have with them. I don't think that the calls are shady or manipulative and the people I have spoken to are always very nice. I would consider other subscriptions from them in the future.
Cascade has been handling my design magazines and I have never had a problem. I recently had to renew and found the process so easy. Only one bill rather than multiple charges. They are a little more expensive but considering it saves me time it evens out in the end. My time is way more valuable than having to worry about saving $10 on a magazine subscription.
Been ordering from the for ten years now, I wouldn't know where to buy my trade magazines if I didn't. I've never seen ACH&R on a grocery store shelf. I'll continue doing business with them no complaints.
Order magazines for my family through them every year. One stop shopping that takes me less than five minutes to order and if I have any customer needs I only have to call Cascade (address change, missing an issue). Highly recommend them!
