Poor communication with their drivers
Drivers are so unpredictable, kids get left at the bus stop or the drivers are up to 45 mins late for pick up
Very poor communication. I have no idea when & where my daughter is supposed to catch the bus to school and I had to take time off work to take her to school. Several calls & messages made to no avail. This should have been resolved days ago -- They have no idea what they are doing. How can I trust my daughter with these people?
