I have been trying to reach customer service for 6 weeks. Left voice messages, emailed many times and no response. I cannot fathom why they would not email back. Our company will not pay the invoice until our account has been reconciled. This is no way to do business. And the multitude of bad reviews out there were earned and are warranted. Note to cascade: if this gets your attention, please feel free to contact me back. My order needs servicing.
Great small company but they can fill almost anything.definately worth every penny.
