I have had a very successful experience at Cascade Nutrition Consulting. I wanted to be healthier and lose a little weight, but not feel like I was battling my diet every day. I was two years out from having my second child, and I was not making progress toward my health goals anymore. Since I saw Annie, and she helped me to lay out a plan for diet and exercise, I have seen awesome changes. I don't feel hungry. I just feel healthy and more confident.

I would recommend Annie. I followed her from her previous practice and I am happy she stayed in the area . She is easy to schedule and gives very personalized service ! Love her !!!

What I like the most about Annie Baumann at Cascade Nutrition Consulting, is her. She is not clinical, or condescending, but nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable . Annie makes me feel good about myself and encourages me to live a healthy life style.
