Best people ever! We stopped in during our staycation from Nampa and absolutely loved the friendliness and hospitality these folks provided for us. We told them we’ll be back next time we’re in town. Stop in for a sip n’ shop! Also, super cute clothes and purses!
I ordered a belt from here 2 weeks before a photo shoot that I needed it for and have not received any shipping confirmations or replies to my emails. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I really hope I can at least get my money back.
We adore this store! We purchased a darling little cross necklace one weekend that my daughter loved! She happened to break it while playing with her sister. I was not going to be in town and could not find it on their site. I called the store and the owners were absolutely amazing and helped me get a replacement ordered. We picked it up and my daughter is beyond ecstatic! The customer service is amazing and they went above and beyond for us! We will always come back!
This place has cute things inside but the customer service stinks! I went into the store and tried on a dress, they offered to order me the one I wanted in the color not available in the store. I paid for it at that time. I think that was 2 months ago. I tried to call them and I left a message checking on it about 3 weeks later. No call back. A week or two later I went in to check in on it.
