I'm going to withdraw my money out of this account. I'm a little annoyed that nobody can answer the phone. I've tried both phone numbers and neither one of them. Will they even answer yet it says that they are open
The new staff are terrible should not be working at a bank. Called when they opened up in the morning to request a HCA transfer. The lady Deanna said she will take care of it Called back at the end of day still never did it. She pond it off to another incompetent employee who didn't do it either..the one person who took care of it has been on furlough. Keep mellie in the bank and get rid of the other 2 worthless people.
Been through the drive through twice. If you want anything done in a timely manner, this is not the place.
