Dr Lawrence Foltz is the best AME in the area. Highly recommend!
I recently had a Tetra lazer treatment from Dr. Foltz-Cook, she and her staff are amazing. They made me feel so comfortable as I was nervous. She and her assistant Kristen gave me great aftercare instructions , she even called to check on me afterwards.I also have received botox injections from her as I get migraines from reading, the injections have been life changing.I highly recommend Dr. Foltz-Cook.
At 46 years old I decided it was time to give my skin a little love and attention. Folltz-cook is a crooked doctor! She and her staff push botox for Migraine headaches, ordering and charging your insurance then telling patients the office did not receive the botox delivery, when in fact I called my insurance and distribution company for the botox, they told me it was delivered to cascade medical and it was signed for 5 days earlier!
