Not professional poor quality unresponsiveness and poor value.
I own a small business in the Akron area and recently tried to work with one of Cascade’s employees- Bob Fillipiak. Cascade boasts that they’re an economic development company that helps small businesses in the community and that was not at all how I was treated. I was pursuing financing for my business to help us grow. Upon presenting my financials I was accused of lying on internal, software generated papers. I was accused of having my CPA lie on my taxes.
