New owners in 2021 and property has gone down hill since then. We lived here 2020 no problems great caretaker Kevin. Second year new owner and caretaker and does not take care of property like the first caretaker. I don't recommend renting from them.

As we were told to do by one of their employees as they did their 9th inspection in less then 5months
