Mr. Casanova was very unprofessional through out my case. They offered me a deal after my 1st court appearance which he urged me to take. I declined because I wanted to review upcoming evidence (body cams etc.) I explained the evidence would show my innocence so I'd like to review it before my next court appearance, which he seemed a little annoyed at, he seemed to just want to get things over with asap. Hired to handle my speeding ticket. I was innocent and he proved it. Got my case dismissed. His Office made the process simple and easy for me.
Get to know this person before you hand him your case. Not reliable at all really don't recommend unless you are willing to get ripped off.
He was hired to represent me in court, he didn’t show up or did a single thing. Court appointed lawyer told me no lawyer was representing me after he already charged me from jail. Tried to tell my mom after court that he was the one to get me a bond and couldn’t even come up with the lawyer’s name that represented me in court. Overall horrible experience, he tried to take advantage of my mom and wanted me to go sign papers as if he represented me to claim the money. DONT RECOMMEND.
