Let me just say Rual was a Godsend! My mother had some not so great work from a previous contractor that we trusted. I'll just say that a custom bathroom turned out to be demolished one year later to be fixed by Rual at Casa Tile. Low and behold it turned into a nightmare that no other contractors wanted to touch.
