I love this shop. Beautiful clothes. Wonderful owner. I bought an item and then decided it was not the best garment for me. I did a return within 2 days and had such an easy wonderful experience with the return and found a sundress I just love and can not wait to wear it. Highly recommend this boutique. Marci

I had a wonderful shopping experience at this store. The sales staff was very helpful and fun, which is hard to find nowadays. I have visited the store quite a few times in the past several years at St. Armands and have always found very unique and comfortable items that I purchase. This is one of my favorite “go to” stores.
I had a terrible experience in this store. The associates are very pushy trying to sell you everything that you don t want.I was trying a dress and these ladies showed up with ten more dresses and shoes and hats forcing me to buy and try on! I told them I don t want anything anymore so the owner showed up and drove me so crazy that I left the store terrorized by their behavior! Dirty clothing, dirty store and the owner is terrible!
DON'T SHOP at Casa Smeralda Sarasota!!! It's a very dirty store! They have mice and fleas. I bought couple of clothes over there and I got heavy rushes all over my back and shoulders. They also don't let you return the merchandise you bought and the owner is nasty and mean. Do yourself a favor and buy clothing from anywhere else in the Armands Circle but Casa Smeralda! The door of their back room was open so I had the chance to take a pick inside, THEY KEEP THE CLOTHING ON THE FLOOR and the floor is broken and full of dust! ... read more
