I have a family member there that I regularly visit, and I must say I feel so much better when it’s the weekend as the nurse and her staff on the southside unit go above and beyond to my make my family member feel safe and cared for. As I mentioned that I am regularly there I get the bonus of observing the facility and the staff. In my opinion this new management has definitely changed the morale of their staff. If I could give this place a minus I would. They are understaffed and they run with bare minimum of staff on purpose. The office nurses bark orders while you are passing meds and tending to the needs of the patients. The office nurses bark threaten staff and as a nurse your drowning. The smells are pervasive and the housekeeping is non existent. Medications are missing and no help from upper management as you drown and patients have substandard care due to purposeful bare minimum staff. How can your administration not SMELL ... read more
