Terrible everyone there was so sad and miserable the doors weren't working and one of the older men that was living there said oh wait for them to open the prison cells and just seemed so sad and the front desk lady is just so rude and mean it was a terrible experience
I work closely with Casa to care hospice patients. They have been so kind and accommodating. They make sure our patients get the best care and provide true partnership.
The lady at the front desk and the nurse tending my aunt was very nice and helpful. HOWEVER… the nurse giving medication was very rude, condescending, sarcastic and unprofessional! My ill aunt didn’t understand that she is considered diabetic now so my elderly mother was confused why she was getting insulin and simply asked the nurse administering it, what it’s for if she’s not diabetic?
