A lot of fake reviews here. See for yourself- lots of fake profiles- people with few past reviews. I’m a nurse and this is the worst facility I have ever worked at. They are pushing corporate profits to the limit- with many Genesis facilities having serious reprimands from the state. Casa real in particular, has a history of broken bones in residents from mistreatment by overloaded, non-licensed caregivers. Facility clean. Arlene,- Front desk was quite Helpful. Assisted me in Visitor Registration& as well as Exit. She directed to patient Room. Thank You Arlene
