My mom Mary Smith is a resident at casa Maria. Jessica at casa Maria was delightful she actually told me my mom was resting peacefully and I informed her that I had sent my mom a Christmas package and wanted to know if it had arrived yet. It hadn't yet she called me the next day to say it still hadn't got there. Mom has since passed away but I want to make sure that Jessica was aware what a beautiful person she is and that I will always be grateful for her help

My mother is a new patient, as of, this past week. So far so good. Thanks to the staff for keeping her happy.

The staff took good care of my mother but it was overshadowed by the administrator Ian Peterson. He is either incompetent or uncaring or both. There is not a working phone system in the facility. It is impossible to call after 7 and get anyone to answer. He actually lies about the phone to agencies that investigate the complaints about the phone system. He makes the stay so much more stressful.

They don't answer the phone day or night in the morning may be at the nurse station or main phone line my brother fell twice while being assisted by staff left parked hallway for long when I visited the facility not very clean where patient are subject to illness from germs the water dispenser, is disgusting along with the public restroom. The CNA are caring and friendly but are very short staffed.
