If I lived there I would love nothing better.
My Mother now has been residing at Casa Loma now for exactly a year. I can't say enough of how impressed I am with the care and how friendly everyone is. Yesterday, BEING SUNDAY my Mom's fridge broke down and was not cooling. We called and reported it to the reception and within an hour Gordon ( Repairs and Maintenance) was at my Mom's door with a new Fridge. Now that's IMPRESSIVE!
My Mother just recently moved into Casa Loma independent living. Sarah Spalek, the Community Relations manager was amazing and made the move a very easy transition. Also Cindy and Jessie and everyone there we have met is so friendly and helpful and have made my Mom feel so welcome. If I could I'd give 5 Stars!
