I ordered a bedroom set and waited a month. No one had the audacity to call me to tell me that the items I was waiting on was no longer available. It wasn't until I called that they told me they had to cancel the order. They refunded the money but the interest from the company I financed with couldn't be returned. Costed me $40 for nothing. Very irresponsible and sloppy. Took me calling a month after to find out what was going on.

Wonderful business and customer service! I was looking for small space bedroom for my daughter online and accidentally saw Casa Eleganza on Google. Great selection and affordable prices. Due to COVID shipping delay(not the business fault) my bedroom was weeks away and I needed it ASAP but Zach was able to find similar bedroom set in California and delivered with complimentary white glove service in two days! Unfortunately the nightstand hardware was defective but it can be replaced with new one and Zach reimbursed $400 back ... read more
