I purchased a sauna from Gregory, expecting a quality product, but it turned out to be one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. The sauna arrived with significant defects, including lost geometry (warped structure) right from delivery. It had over 20 errors and issues during assembly and use. The manufacturer used regular nuts instead of the proper hardware, resulting in significant instability. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing rental experience from start to finish. Our group of 10 women all sauna regularly, so we were familiar with what to expect from a properly configured unit. We rented the largest and most expensive model available, yet it did not accommodate 10 people comfortably as advertised. The layout was poorly designed, with insufficient headroom on both bench levels, making it uncomfortable and impractical for use.
