Casa de Modesto holds a very special place in the hearts of my family. My grandmother lived here for many years. She loved the “aging in place” concept and utilized it well. She began in the apartments and over the years moved though every care level that CDM offered, lastly in the SNF where she peacefully passed away. There is a very low turnover rate with staffing. I would continue to recommend family and friends to do a tour and meet the staff!
I am so blessed and thankful that my mother is here with the wonderful care she is given.
What an AWESOME group of folks and great activities team, I look forward to returning in the near future!!!
