I ordered a pendant light knowing they had a return policy. The fixture wasn’t the shade of colour I was looking for. The item was untouched and still in its shipping packaging. I tried several times to communicate with this store for a return. I got the same generic email response every time, riddled with confusion and repetitive inquiries about my order. The communication eventually became so weird it became clear that this is not a trustworthy or honest business. Avoid this store.
Hello, I do not recommend buying products from this company due to their customer service. I purchased a glass light fixture that was shipped directly from China. The product turned out to be defective; it shattered in my hands while I was wiping it down just two weeks after I started using it. I could have easily suffered multiple cuts... Customer service refuses to acknowledge the situation and will not provide a replacement or a refund. Don't waste your time and money on this company.
This is a sham company. In various areas they make it appear as though they are in Hamilton, or Mississauga, or Montreal. I ordered an light fixture with an estimated shipping date of 3-5 business days, which to me implies that the item is shipping from a Canadian warehouse. Once paid, I get tracking information that is is shipping from China. Over two weeks later and the tracking has not changed. I ordered a bed for my 7 year old…and we never received it. She’s almost 9! I have had numerous email correspondence with the owner and have been met with excuses about shipping. When I have asked for a refund, I have not received a response. The business model is absolutely terrible. This bed cost me over $2000 and I have absolutely nothing to show for it.
