I ordered a bed for my 7 year old…and we never received it. She’s almost 9! I have had numerous email correspondence with the owner and have been met with excuses about shipping. When I have asked for a refund, I have not received a response. The business model is absolutely terrible. This bed cost me over $2000 and I have absolutely nothing to show for it. Without prejudice. Do not buy anything from this woman!! Her name is Paola and she is either completely disorganized and unable to manage a business or she is a scammer acting under the guise of negligence. My inclination is that she is the latter. In April 2023, my wife ordered four rattan chairs from Casa Chic and they were shipped to us on Vancouver Island, BC. Absolutely do NOT shop at this store. She made my wife pay for chairs in order to 'hold' them. When my wife showed up to look at the chairs, they were obviously damaged. Cracked, worn, in general bad shape. At first, she tried to tell my wife that this was just the make of the chairs. Finally, she admitted they were damaged. She told my wife she would get a refund and has yet to do so despite multiple communication attempts and weeks of back and forth. This woman is a scammer.
The furniture I bought from them has stood the test of time and still looks as stunning as the day I purchased it.
