The customer experience and delivery process with Casa Blanco was horrendous. They turned up for a delivery without notifying me, I wasn’t even in the country. They charged me a no show fee despite me not knowing they’re going to show up. The second time delivery was attempted, they delivered the wrong item. I would never bother with them again. It seems like a new company with a lack of customer service.

We purchased the Palazzo Round Coffee Table last year from Casablanco and while the showroom itself is absolutely stunning and initially drew us in, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. When we first visited, we loved so many of the pieces on display and had every intention of returning to purchase additional items — from table lamps to chandeliers and side tables.
