No longer recommending I've been going to Casa Bella for several years and have recommended them to several friends and acquaintances. Over the years, the owners have continually upgraded the facilities to transform it into a very pretty place. Unfortunately, the service has not kept up with the appearance. Over the last two years, service on weekends had been iffy, which I always attributed to them being overwhelmingly busy. Careless staff So I am going to school to become a licenced esthetician and I came here to get some waxing done. With a place that nice....I would think their work is just as good. The first thing the waxer didn't know ANY english, so she had NO IDEA what I want MY own eyebrows to look like. She didn't wear gloves so for all I know her hands was in someone dirty funk. The Fast food of Nail Salons This salon is just a big assemly line, and you feel it. Mani and pedi are done at the same, rushed time. No pamered feeling here. The staff seems to be screaming "next!" with every action. I left feeling stressed, with uneven nails, no top coat, rough feet, and what ever lotion they used on my hands left my skin red and sore. Go in with ten toe nails, you may leave with NINE I went to Casa Bella 3 weeks ago. I have had several women refer the salon to me. I had pink and white acrylics and a pedicure. The woman doing my nails nicked every single finger! While paying ($60) I showed the man at the desk (the owner) my hands. Way Overpriced and it hurts! I went in for a pedicure on a Tuesday afternoon. It was 2:30pm when I walked in the door and it wasn't busy. I told the lady I had to be somewhere by 4pm. She told me it would take one hour. It was a treat away from my two children and I was hoping to relax. The lady hurt me several times during the pedicure. Casa Bella Spa & Nails is a very nice place.. This is a great place to get a Spa Pedicure and or Manicure. The place is beautifully decorated and has plenty of Massage chairs with the foot Jacuzzis. It's very clean and good ventilation. If you want a place to have a spa girls day out this is the place to go. The prices are reasonable especially for the amount of time they are willing to spend. They have a variety of Nail polish colors to choose from and they do nail art. I've recommended this place to my friends.
Basic pedicures should not cost $40 peroid. (they have 2 more levels the highest being $65) Customers that are getting a basic pedicure should not be treated less than those getting acrylics, I was last Sunday. She literally did oil on the nails for 1 foot not both. The massage consisted of her squeezing my legs a couple times. Then they have the nerve to look pissed when I didn't tip accordingly. I always get the kindest service when I come here. All of the nail technicians make sure you're happy with how your nails look, and they take a lot of time and care on each customer.
