Bob is incredibly helpful. Not only did he take the time to help my son find the perfect camera, but also walked him through how to use it. He provides customer service that is exceptional - he even stayed a half hour past closing to help us with the lens cap, film, and case.

Stopped by during posted hours and found the shop unattended with no sign and no answer to calls. I assumed this was a newer business still working out basic procedures. As I read the owner’s public response to mild feedback came off as completely unhinged—this guy is nuts, and not the kind I’d want to store for the winter. Unprofessional and Churlish! Hopefully, with time, the owner learns to handle customers and criticism with more composure. Oh well! My search for a reliable camera store continues!

This is a Ridiculously special place, it has an extensive & incredible collection of consignment cameras with the most knowledgeable photographer you’ll ever meet! Kas is happy to teach you absolutely anything about cameras. I walked in there not knowing an ounce about photography and walked out knowing how to maneuver a real camera. Super cool experience. Highly recommend!
