We had a bad experience with this service .We thought we would save some money ,but we didn't .Now they overcharge for over mileage ,but we read is unlimited mileage.They say that we communicate through text message ,but when we got in Phoenix at the parking lot ,nobody answer on our text message .We had to take a taxi to the hotel ,and later ,next morning we discovered that they e-mailed the instructions.We recomend to stay away from this contactless company.
