Horrible experience. I tried to buy a nice gravel bike from them. We had to work out a few details but after they got my deposit they were suddenly too busy to help me. The mechanic was very knowledgeable, but when I asked to meet with him, the salesman told me that he was too busy to talk to me. The salesman did not know his product and sold me a custom-made bike they could not provide. Awful customer service - not prepared to have a quick look at an issue I was having - said they couldn’t get to it for a month - not how to keep people coming back - definitely do not recommend
They have a great selection of bikes and sizes in stock that their nearby competitor did not. Took my bike back a few weeks later for a time up that got taken care of right away. Definitely the shop to go to in Richmond.
