RecommendedFantastic customer service and extremely helpful! I went in to see if I could get a bike after not riding for years. The staff at the West end location were very informative and gave me a lot of knowledge about geometry, fit, and recommendations based on my level (or self-professed lack of) fitness. Busted seal on my front brake while riding this morning, took my bike in and they had it replace with new brake and out the door in 30 min! If you need a anything with bikes these folks WILL take care of you! Thanks Alex and Jesse!
The repair portion of this place is simply awesome. Christmas eve brought my bike in at 3:30 and they were closing at 4. They replaced 2 inner tubes for me. They always do repairs on the spot! They are pushing the bikes out! Thanks Carytown repair dudes!
