Good evening I wanted to put this review out there ASAP. I was disappointed today with The Lawfirm of Cary Kane. I have a legitimate medical discrimination case along with a few additional subjects against my employer which is a union shop in NYC for the security industry. Today a gentleman named Christopher Baluzy emailed me to inform me that the Lawfirm in question cannot take my case. I contacted this law firm to request a consultation regarding my case. Despite reaching out, I never received a response or any follow-up. This was disappointing, as I expected at least an acknowledgment of my inquiry or a reply indicating whether they were able to take my case
The fee is $500 an hour, and I had to do most of the legwork. All the lawyer did was confirm that what I had researched was correct. In addition, she was confused by the contract itself and kept asking questions that were irrelevant to the actual separation agreement because she could not understand the terms of the separation agreement.
