Just recently booked and used CarXnow this past week. Adam was great! Communication was organized with a group chat they form with you. My SUV was delivered with care and on time.

Let's start off by saying I will never use this company again. Not only did I pay to have my cars picked up within 2 days from when I booked it online I choose a time frame for 8am but no later than 9am. Not only did they miss the pickup time they showed up at 7:30pm. I was not happy about the delay. Instead of them trying to find another truck carrier as soon as the original driver was going to miss the pickup they tried to wait for the original driver only to end up getting a second driver in the end. I was very hesitant to use CarXNow, because the last two companies gave me the run around and left me out to dry with no update, and no call backs. So I decided to give CarXNow a call. Talked with Manager Adam. He was straight forward with how the process works since this was my first time ever transporting a vehicle. Used them 5 times Excellent service everytime
