If you're looking for a reliable, hassle-free car rental, this is the place. Thanks to Jessica's handling of everything, it went perfectly from pickup to drop-off.
After all, making the upgrade was an excellent choice; this change was processed immediately by Jessica.
I came in to pick up my rental car and the girl at the desk was super kind and informative. She gave me all the options but there was no pressure to add anything on. I got my car quickly and the staff even helped me with bringing my luggage to the car. When I dropped off my vehicle, everything went smoothly and I was able to get a shuttle back to the airport. The car had a couple of small dents, but I just took pics before driving off. No issues at all. Everything went well! Glad I booked with this car rental company!
I thought the improvement process wouldn't be handled quickly, but thanks to Elías, he took care of everything right away.
We will always be grateful to Elías for his professionalism. From the moment we arrived at the counter, he conveyed a great sense of confidence and friendliness. He handled everything quickly, and his manner was incredibly warm and pleasant.
