DO NOT RENT FROM CARWIZ!!! We took a trip last year to Florida and found this amazing deal from priceline thru carwiz. Paid in advance and in full. At checkin the front desk guy asked if we wanted to add insurance and I declined and said I would use my own so he asked for my insurance information and gave it to him. Rented a midsize sedan online for 3-7 Jan 2025. My son and I were celebrating my 60th birthday since I haven’t seen him in years. It took a while for the shuttle to get us to the office. Once there, it didn’t too long and I was driving off with my car. I was grateful that he mentioned that should purchase the toll pass and gas fill up. I am very well traveled and have rented vehicles from many different companies. This is by far THE WORST experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, I’d tell whomever they’re better off taking Uber/lyft or flat out walking to their destination.
