Used atm took money out my account Then told me atm was out of service after sounding like it was counting money for a few minutes
This 1 star is ONLY for the lady at the teller window. She graciously greeted me very well upon entering. But After that, it was 1 of the worst experiences I have ever had at a bank. I went there with the hopes of purchasing a semi through a commercial loan and transferring my current accounts with Bank of America to a Black owned bank. The moment I requested to speak to the loan officer, she couldn't get me out of her office quick enough. I asked important questions, and she answered back in circles.
