My mother-in-law was a resident here, and I can't say enough about the care she received. From day one, the nursing staff treated her with patience, dignity, and genuine warmth. They took the time to learn her routines and preferences, and they made her feel like a person, not just a patient. Communication with our family was outstanding. My mother suffering from dementia and a broken leg received care that was poor to middling. While some staff appeared caring, others were dismissive. As i lived out of state, I couldn’t be there weekly and found her with overgrown nails and needing a change. This facility is representative of the challenges in our healthcare system.

PLEASE!!! Keep a closer check on your love ones to make sure they are being taken care of in a loving way, are they being changed more than once daily, are they getting help with eating? Is the tray just sitting waiting for someone to pick it up and they never got assistance? Meanwhile, if this is the case they’ve ate nothing. This could be happenings with all three meals. Please keep a check on your love ones.
