I always try to support black companies even if the services is subpar or technology that they’re using needs to be upgraded. I still Support, after depositing a check into my account through Carver app that needs to get a complete overhaul. I called customer service for them to let me know I need to bring the check into the bank,this is a major inconvenience and defeats the purpose of depositing your through the app. After talking with the customer service rep she let me Carver is no longer Black owned. I love this location. The staff is always friendly, respectful, and my visit pleasant.
The whole phone service no good. They don’t take interest in customers request I changed address they didn’t do it three times they either need to hire better employees they hang up phones all of that not sure what branch answere phones but no hood for sure I’m waiting for a debit card over 2 months the bank is bad I tried to give a break think twice before you put im your money in.
