Best bank in all New York
I don't recommend this bank for anyone i ordered a new debit card since December 2025 and it's February 2026 and I haven't received anything no one can explain why I haven't received it or they can't see my order in the system she charged me $7.00 for a new card and they don't know why is not in the system this is unacceptable. Atlantic branch sucks.
The Best bank for African-Americans to put their money. Salem Missionary Baptist Church uses carver Bank thanks to Pastor Boyd, Who is no longer with us.
Terrible bank. Save yourself frustration, it is managed poorly. The whole banking system not just the branches. You call customer service their system is always down, no atms after 5pm although it can be done. Customer service is very poor. If you have to dispute a charge it’s half done. No one knows anything, checks take 20 days to clear no matter how much money you invest in your account.
They handled my financial needs and answered my questions. The majority of people who work and run it are people of color. Love that.
