Worst bank ever!!! This is not about staff, it's mostly about the lack of banking knowledge and inefficient services that leave the consumer stranded in most cases. They did not provide sufficient information on claim procedures. Leaving me without my claim amount, unable to use what I have in the bank, and unable to make secure transactions. Basically I dont have a bank right now now.

I’ve had all good experiences at this location for all the years I’ve been coming here. Everyone has always treated me with professionalism and respect. I highly recommend this branch at Merrick and cannot express how happy I am with them!!
