We arrived at Dollar Rent A Car at Orlando Airport 11/22/23. The agent gave me a quote for a small SUV. I asked if he had something else. He then called Carvel Car rental and said they have something cheaper. A woman from Carvel picked us up at the airport. We were charged more than double for a Jeep Cherokee $790.00 for only 5 days. We returned the vehicle clean with a full tank of gas. My cousin paid 1/2 the amount for a VW Tiguan for the same amount of time. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. ALSO CALLED YOU TOURIST. SCAMMERS!!! My rental was paid in full prior. Called my car insurance prior and was advised I was covered for rentals and all the information they needed is listed on my insurance card. The address listed was at Orlando airport. When you arrive, you are instructed to call them for a pick-up. They then take you 15-20 minute drive away from the airport to a small office in a strip mall. Horrible. SCAM!!! They steal your card information and then randomly charge your card weeks later!!

Ripped me off for SLI Insurance that I didnt need. Beware!! Also the car has rental stickers all over it and If you know anything about car thefts in Fla. Rental cars are the most broken into. Why would they advertise that the car is a rental? Stay away!!! is no stars allowed?
They rent out cars to people that will not start. When you call to let them know, they try to charge you $175 to replace the car despite them being at fault. Or they ask you to bring it back- in our case over an hour away. But how can we return a car that won't start? Also triple check you don't leave anything behind in their rentals because they will refuse to return it to you. They have bad customer service and will hang up on you.
