A great ice cream shop- in a great location and a great staff. So many options and beyond delicious. Highly recommended

Honestly this store should have 10 stars. I’ve been coming here since I was a child (the 80s) and I have never reviewed this place until now. Besides delicious ice cream , Their customer service is on point. I won’t get into details of above and beyond they went out of their way for my daughter tonight because I don’t want to create that expectation for others but I will say I am so blown away and this Carvel location deserves everyone’s business.
Jen and her staff are amazing! They went out of the way to help me with my order. The store is very clean and the staff is very helpful and professional! I will go back again!
