They harass. In 3 years I've never been late but the literally harass me all month 3 calls and multiple texts on Xmas day Zero stars!!!!!!!

They are rude and unprofessional and no one there is on the same page and theres no point in making a payment arrangement ** they still call email and text you like crazy even when your on a payment plan !
