Love it! Love the product, and a family owned buisness still thriving in this sort of economy is a blessing. The jeans are awesome and well priced, and its a very well rounded store. It is most certainly a destination to remember whenever you are in Birmingham!
bad service Was just in Caruso Caruso and I could not get anyone to help me. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Layout of store makes it hard to find merchandise and sizes. The way merchandise is laid out it looks like a discount store. Will never go in the store again. The price of the merchandise warrants better service.
caruso caruso December 16, 2006 I love shopping at this store. All of the sales people are super friendly and helpful. The selection of jeans and other clothing is terrific. The staff will go out of their way to make sure you select the jeans that fit you. I recommend this store to everyone ( women, girls, and men.) They even have a good selection for toddlers. Paula
Best place for jeans! I really love this store! They have an enourmous selection of designer jeans! They also have a wide range of sizes. Very cute and trendy stuff that you can't find everywhere. Their sales are also amazing when they have them, best prices anywhere! Their employees are always very friendly and helpful. Highly reccomend them!
JEANS! Caruso has been known, especially in magazines like Elle, for their jean selection. They carry Big Star, True Religion, Sevens, Hudson, Yank, Rich and Skinny, AG and plenty of other brands. They also have a great selection of boutique brands and great sales people who are very knowledgeable.
Great Great variety of shirts, belts, and of course Jeans. The store is family owned so staffing is low but if you ask someone for help they are very willing to assist you.
Poor Customer Service I would not recommend this store. Every time I walk in, I'm never greeted nor asked if I need any help (which I usually do, they're a jean specialty store). The majority of the staff is unfriendly and snooty. Yes, they do have cool different stuff, but it is pricey, and if I'm going to pay top dollar for something, I want to be treated like an appreciated customer PROS: Good sales CONS: Bad customer service and rude sales people
